Reservations
- We recommend booking your ride in advance to ensure vehicle availability and quality service.
- Bookings can be made online or by phone, preferably at least 6 hours prior to pickup.
- Capital Limo is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
- Vehicles must not exceed seating capacity.
- Extra charges may apply for extended wait times or additional stops.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may incur full charges.
- All cancellations must be made over the phone; emails are not accepted.
No-Show Policy
- A user will be considered a no-show after a defined grace period from the scheduled pickup time.
- Failure to notify the Company may result in full charges for the booked service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Capital Limo. Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written permission.
